  • The individual rate is $115 for the first visit, and then every visit after that , will be $75. All counseling sessions will be 50-minutes, conducted via our secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform.

    Reduced-cost sessions are available to those who qualify. Please inquire for more information about our reduced-cost options.

  • Clients typically meet weekly or every other week. The frequency of sessions is determined collaboratively based on your individual needs and counseling goals.

  • Unfortunately, I am not accepting insurance at this time.

    However, you can use your health reimbursement account, health savings account, or flexible savings account (HSA/FSA) account for services.

  • A free consultation is a brief, 15-minute conversation designed to help you determine if my counseling services are a good fit for your needs. It's an opportunity for us to connect, discuss what brings you to counseling, and for you to ask any initial questions you might have. It's a no-pressure way to see if we would be a good match for working together.

    An individual counseling session is a 50-minute session focused on the counseling process. During these sessions, we'll delve deeper into your concerns, work on building coping skills, and develop strategies for enhancing your overall personal strengths and wellness. These sessions are dedicated to helping you achieve your therapeutic goals and personal growth.

  • Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.

    If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to attend your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. This fee will be billed to you directly.

  • You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical and mental health items and services before you receive those services.

    • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.

    • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item.

    • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
